Hi Girls,
I appologize for the numerous posts/emails. However, this final project has many pieces and it is essential for us to break up the parts and get to work. I hate to be bossy but I'm trying to get it all organized, so I appologize.
Okay, if we could all try to have our "parts" completed NO LATER THAN Saturday, it is due Sunday and we could look over it. I will be in Wisconsin, but have made arrangements to get to a computer Sunday to review our site/make changes if needed. Still, I will have limited time.
Duties:
Anne-

2. Reading Recipes Page (with your assignments, websites, and additional items and your contact at the bottom)
3. Your Second Page (with additions)
4. Final Inspiration Concept Map
Tracy-
1. Collaboration Page (explaining why its important, who to collaborate with, and some additional items and websites).
2. Your first page (appropriate assignments, websites, additional items, contact info).
3. Your second page
4. You already set up the site and THANKS GIRL!
5. Michigan Standards (already done!)
Abbi-

2. Create Pages.
3. Delegate pieces.
4. Virtual Field Trip page (with epals/google dog and map, additional items)
5. Safety Page

Thanks girls, I will be as available as I possibly can be. I will have my pages completed by Thursday.
REMEMBER! No names except for contact at end of the pages you do, images with citations on EVERY page!

Hey,
ReplyDeleteSorry to offend you, I was just trying to figure it all out.
You don't need to do a third page, I just didn't know if you could fit all your assignments together on one page. We all only NEED to do two pages. So if you can do all your stuff on "Reading a Recipe" then doing that page as well as the into, you'd have both your requirements.
I only suggested maybe you'd like to do the intro part because you had so many great ideas about it earlier. I can do the intro if you'd like.
The break down was only a suggestion. I just kinda ran with what I knew I had to do because of time constraints and the nature of online group work, we never really know when or if we'll hear from eachother.
You've been great and very responsible. Please don't feel at all like you're being told what to do, I was simply trying to suggest a break down which "yours" included two pages to fit all your work. For example, I have already completed a page on Safety and a page on Preparation because my movie couldn't really fit in with safety.
Anyways, just let me know what parts you'd like to do.
As for the VFT/DL with EPals, maybe Tracy would like to add that then to the collaboration page? She could simply do a page on her stuff, as well as the collaboration page and be set. Let us know what ya think Tracy.
ReplyDeleteI will go ahead and update our sidebar accordingly.
ReplyDeleteOkay Girls
ReplyDeleteI think we have a much better handle on things and thanks to Anne, they're making much more sense and it is more logical.
The sidebar has been updated.
So (if you both agree) the break down would be...
Anne-
Intro Page
Reading a Recipe Page
Tracy-
Collaboration Page
Follow Up Page
Abbi-
Safety Page
Preparation Page
Kapeesh? :-)
Sorry guys, a lot has been said and i am glad to be rolling with the punches, i will definitely do my pages on collab and the follow up and in my collab i will add the epals because it fits perfectly i believe someone already said they were adding VFT on their page, is there anything else you girls need me to do to the homepage, i will have start working on my other two pages promptly and thanks so much girls for organizing this i appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteHey Tracy,
ReplyDeleteSounds great! If you could add the epals stuff (google doc and map) to the collaboration page that would be great and you could discuss briefly virtual field trips. I am no longer doing a separate page on VFT/DL because I was mistaken on the requirements. So if you can just do collab and follow up page, we'll be good! Thanks girl!
